Ok Guys, We have not ate out since March 9, Which is a little Tuff on my Family and of course me, I like to get a small break on the weekend where I don’t cook dinner which is normally Friday and Saturday night. Due to the Quarantine I have cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday (sometimes we are able to stretch meals and sometimes we can not) and no I am not complaining because one Robert is the best griller I know and he normally grills enough for 2 days when he grills and two right now I just don’t feel 100% safe to let my family eat out. But last night I had a craving for Hibachi and had to go for what I knew and I also used Google help.
Grocery List: Chicken Breast, Shredded Carrots( bag), Sweet Onions(2), Zucchini(2), White Rice ( a day old) Chopped Garlic ( in the jar), Butter, Eggs(3), Soy Sauce, Sriracha, Worcestershire sauce, Ms Dash ( Yellow Bottle), Ground Pepper and Garlic Powder.
First I made sure set everything up, so I would not have to stop thru the process, Cut one onion and the carrots into a very small size as this is for the rice. Cut another Onion and the Zucchini medium size as this will be the vegetable you serve with the Hibachi Chicken. Cut your chicken Breast up into small pieces ( dices), The measurement of these ingredients will be base on how much chicken you have, Put the Worcestershire sauce, Sriracha, Ms Dash and Garlic Powder on top and mix it well. Now you can cook the chicken.
In your Wok or Big Cooking Pan, Cook your Eggs (3), Slide cooked Eggs to the side and add your diced carrots, garlic and onions. Once this has cook for about 4 mins add your cold rice. Add the soy sauce and 2 tbsp of butter, now the amount of soy sauce will be up to you. You will keep cooking the rice until its fried and you are comfortable with the color and taste.
Once the rice is complete you can start on your vegetables. Use Olive oil or Vegetable Oil. While Vegetables are cooking pour a Tbsp of soy sauce for taste and let the vegetables steam for about 5 mins and remove from the pans.
